Lifestyle brand Izzy & Liv tied in to the May 16 premiere of Season 3 of Netflix’s “Bridgerton” by launching a licensed collection of home decor items and women’s apparel exclusively at Target.A display fixture in the apparel department stocks the line, which is tied to the romance series from Shondaland production company. The collection includes a $25 floral satin robe, $20 throw pillows and $9.99 mugs.Target promoted the collection with a May 19 circular feature and posts across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. A "Bridgerton" web page within Target.com plugs the Izzy & Liv line, the books by Julia Quinn that the series is based on, and licensed teas from The Republic of Tea. The page also positions popcorn, cookies, scones and other SKUs from private labels Good & Gather and Favorite Day as “nibbles & noshes for your watch party.”Target is eager to appeal to fans with exclusive collections based on TV shows and movies. Revolution launched a line based on Netflix’s “Emily in Paris” in February, and an apparel collection based on Walt Disney Pictures’ "The Little Mermaid" arrived ahead of the film’s release in 2023.
