The H.J. Heinz Co. is "All About Family" this week in a four-page spread offering a free Parker Brothers board game with the purchase of five Heinz products. The promotion was featured on the cover of the Oct. 18 Valassis insert. Participating brands include Ore Ida, Smart Ones and Classico. Yahtzee, Hangman and Parcheesi are among the available games.In other campaigns breaking this week: ConAgra's Act II Popcorn and Crunch 'n Munch brands are gearing up for the home-video release of Universal Pictures The Hulk. Consumers receive a free Hulk 3-D poster with the purchase of two packages of popcorn or a movie watch with the purchase of two boxes of Crunch 'n Munch. The video debuts Oct. 28. GlaxoSmithKline's Aquafresh commands a two-page spread playing up a sweepstakes to support new products such as Aquablast Retainer Cleaner, mary-kate and ashley toothpaste and Floss 'N' Cap toothpaste. Consumers can play an instant-win game offering a $10,000 family vacation; secondary prizes include Canon digital cameras and a family night at the movies. Five grand prizes will be awarded through Dec. 15. Co-equity overlays with retailers such as Safeway's Dominick's support. Georgia-Pacific's Brawny is teaming with the Sioux Honey Association's Sue Bee Honey for a sweeps offering the street version of NASCAR driver Kyle Petty's car (a 2004 Dodge Intrepid). The FSI also includes a coupon for $1 off the purchase of Brawny and Sue Bee Honey products. Energizer's Schick is pushing its Quattro razor with a $2-off coupon and co-equity overlays with retailers including Ahold USA's Stop & Shop and Jewel-Osco.Papa Gino's is featured on the cover of News America's Oct. 18 SmartSource insert with a football-themed sweeps dangling a 2004 Ford Explorer. Consumers can enter in restaurants or at papaginos.com through Nov. 23. PepsiCo is uniting Frito-Lay and Pepsi-Cola products for a Halloween-themed FSI. The insert features a $1-off coupon for soda and chips and co-equity offers with retailers including Jewel.The Langer Juice Co. is hosting a sweeps offering 1,000 Baby Einstein books from Walt Disney's The Baby Einstein Co. Entry is at langers.com through Dec. 31. Consumers buying Langers products also receive a free Baby Einstein CD sampler and a $2-off coupon for Baby Einstein products with the purchase of three Langers juices. Pfizer's Listerine is teaming with retailers on co-equity FSIs for its Cinnamon PocketPaks. The item comes free when Stop & Shop card members purchase one Listerine mouthwash.Kellogg Co. is again promoting its six-month-old online auction program. Consumers collect Kellogg Kash points from participating cereals and use them at kelloggkash.com to bid on Disney-themed prizes. Draft, Chicago, handles the creative for the program; FairMarket, Woburn, MA, takes care of auction execution. The FSI includes a $1-off coupon for the purchase of any two cereals. Procter & Gamble's Tampax is running an account-specific program with Walgreens for its Pearl Plastic line. An exclusive FSI includes a $1-off coupon good only at the drugstore.Blue Diamond Growers is offering a free almond dispenser with the purchase of 12 cans of nuts. Consumers can also receive the dispenser for $5 with the purchase of three cans.
