Mondelez Insights Expert Cristina Marinucci to Lead Commercial Growth at Righteous Felon Craft Jerky
Righteous Felon Craft Jerky — a craft meat snack company founded in 2013 that sells across national retail, e-commerce and specialty channels — has named former Mondelez International executive Cristina Marinucci as its chief commercial officer.
She will lead Righteous Felon's commercial growth strategy across the sales, marketing, consumer insights, category strategy, retail media, e-commerce and innovation functions. She will be tasked with unifying the company's commercial strategy into a single operating model.
Marinucci brings extensive consumer goods experience leading commercial strategy, consumer insights, retail media, analytics and omni-commerce transformation. She's worked for companies such as Johnson & Johnson's consumer health business (now Kenvue), Reckitt, Mars and PepsiCo, with experience across sales, marketing, insights, analytics and strategy.
At Mondelez, she served as the company's global VP of growth and omni-commercial insights, driving commercial decision-making by connecting consumer, shopper and category insights across global markets. Prior to that, she was global head of shopper insights and analytics at the company.
Marinucci was recognized by the Path to Purchase Institute in 2023 for industry impact with a Women of Excellence Award. She recently joined the P2PI Editorial Advisory Council.
Brendan Cawley, founder and CEO of Righteous Felon Craft Jerky, said Marinucci understands consumers, brands and retailers and also knows how to turn that understanding into action.
"As we continue to grow Righteous Felon nationally, bringing someone with Cristina's experience onto the team is a big step for us," he said in a statement. "She's spent her career helping leading consumer brands find new ways to grow, and I'm excited about what that experience will unlock for Righteous Felon."
