Blistex, Inc. has teamed with women's gym chain Curves International for an in-pack incentive offer. Promotional packages of the lip balm's Pro Care, Pro Relief and Silk & Shine SKUs carry an offer for a free one-week membership to Curves, which has more than 4,000 locations throughout the U.S.
