Kellanova Chief Growth Officer Charisse Hughes to Keynote Retail Media Summit
Charisse Hughes, senior vice president and chief growth officer at Kellanova, will deliver a keynote address at the Path to Purchase Institute's Retail Media Summit.
On May 7, Hughes will kick off the first day of general sessions. The event takes place May 6-8 at Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago in Rosemont, Illinois.
Attendees will learn how Hughes is building a future-ready Kellanova through strategic brand innovation, personalized engagement and inclusive experiences.
Delving into the art and science blend of modern marketing, Hughes will discuss how Kellanova is connecting with diverse audiences and using advanced analytics and AI while maintaining an authentic, human touch in its strategies. Hughes will also offer insights into her own leadership journey, the macro trends shaping the industry and the people and brands that inspire her broader perspective.
Hughes was named to her current role in May 2023. She is responsible for driving the growth agenda for Kellanova (previously Kellogg Co.) through leadership of global brands, innovation and R&D, commercial advanced analytics, marketing excellence, and licensing and cultural initiatives.
Previously Hughes served as Kellogg's chief brand and advanced analytics officer as well as chief marketing officer. She has held leadership roles at Pandora Americas, The Estee Lauder Cos., Avon Products and Sara Lee Corp.
Retail Media Summit is the leading event for retail media, drawing more than 700 attendees for insightful presentations, reviewing strategies and unmatched networking opportunities. The event has sold out every year since it was launched in 2022.
