Direct-to-consumer kitchenware company Caraway made its biggest brick-and-mortar push to date by launching at 350 of Target’s nearly 2,000 stores in October.
The deal expands Cantaloupe’s micro-market footprint by adding nearly 3,000 locations across North America and international markets, including the U.K. and Sweden.
The rapper and entrepreneur plans to buy multiple dispensaries and production facilities in New York, Illinois and Massachusetts from the cannabis companies, which are planning to merge.
