2026 Women of Excellence Profiles: Data & Insights
Natasha Cholerton-Brown
Chief Operating Officer
Goodway Group
Since stepping into her current role in January, Natasha Cholerton-Brown has reset the way the organization prioritizes work, makes decisions, applies insights and scales AI across teams. Goodway Group was previously managing more than 225 active projects. Within months of her arrival, she narrowed that number to 12, changing how the company uses data and insight to focus resources, evaluate priorities and move work forward.
Under her leadership, Goodway Group is a more disciplined organization with sharper priorities and a stronger operating model for decision-making. Her signature initiative, One Plan, turned a sprawling project list into a strategic operating system. It established monthly sprints, clearer ownership and a shared cadence for moving from discussion to delivery. Her trademark question — "What does done look like?" — has become a cultural shorthand for moving from debate to delivery.
She raised the company's data maturity through cross-functional restructuring. She reorganized shared services so media operations, product and engineering, data and analytics, data science and AI enablement now operate as one connected engine. The new structure creates faster decisions, cleaner handoffs and stronger alignment between the teams responsible for turning data, technology and AI into client and business value.
Cholerton-Brown is also Goodway Group's AI accelerator — and is operationalizing AI strategies. She is embedding AI into roles, workflows and client strategy with governance, privacy and security built into the model from the start. In doing so, she is turning its AI fluency into a clear operating advantage, creating a model for how modern agencies can turn insight into action.

Her leadership is defined by her ability to turn ambitious ideas into practical solutions that fit inside CPGs' existing workflows.
DiGregorio helped lead the launch of two major products, Agent Monday and PrecisionView360 (PV360), at Kroger Precision Marketing. Agent Monday is an AI-powered insights tool that delivers tailored reports directly to clients' inboxes every Monday morning. In less than a year after launch, it has been adopted by more than 700 brands to help them understand what happened, why it happened and what actions to take next. CPG leaders have reported that it has enabled their teams to spend more time focused on growth strategies by saving hours of manual analysis.
PrecisionView360 (PV360), which launched in late 2025, is a cross-channel measurement solution that gives brands a more complete view of how media works together to drive incremental results. Jennifer Gruber
Senior Vice President of Commerce Intelligence
AMP Agency (Advantage Marketing Partners)
Jennifer Gruber has more than 25 years of experience redefining how data maps to consumer demand. She pioneered a retail-first approach that connects traditionally siloed capabilities — sales, marketing, media, shopper strategy and retail execution — into an interconnected system. By leading a cross-functional analytics division at AMP Agency, she builds team-wide capabilities that empower commercial and marketing partners to work from the same intelligence, solve problems through a unified lens, and identify mutually beneficial solutions across manufacturers, retailers and shoppers.
Gruber's work helps teams translate insight into action across brand advertising, shopper marketing, media, trade and everyday business needs, embodying the true power of analytics for business objectives. Over the past year, she has designed and deployed data products that turn high-volume analytics into concrete corporate growth. She developed retail-backed advertising and promotion (A&P) budget allocation models to help CPG clients balance business realities, growth ambitions, KPIs and white-space shopper opportunities, and built frameworks to quantify brand, retail and shopper opportunities — enabling large-scale enterprises to mathematically prioritize initiatives with maximum commercial potential.
She also engineered regional, state and ZIP code-level analytics engines to track emerging demand and isolate the impact of macroeconomic factors on retail opportunities, and championed the integration of AI to accelerate analytics and stabilize data consistency, enabling teams to translate complex data into rapid, clear corporate recommendations.
Gruber created a proprietary rapid-assessment methodology that evaluates the landscape through the lens of the brand, retailer and shopper to uncover immediate growth drivers and leads a cross-functional sales, brand, shopper and media analytics team that unites commercial strategy with retail execution. This shared operating model balances manufacturer goals, retailer realities and shopper needs.
Sarah Hogan
Associate Director of Customer Insights
Pompeian
Sarah Hogan was tasked with building the category management function from the ground up when she joined Pompeian in December 2025. She architected the business case to bring consumer insights capabilities in-house, identifying a significant annual savings opportunity relative to current outsourced spend. She hired and trained the company's category management analyst function, redesigning hiring criteria to raise the analytical bar for the team.
Hogan also delivered an insights quarterly training for Pompeian's junior marketers, helping the team successfully extract insights, not facts, including using AI in a methodical manner to speed up the research-to-insight process.
Prior to her time at Pompeian, Hogan leveraged data and analytics to drive business outcomes at Chewy. She led end-to-end category strategy across dry dog food (including both mainstream and value), using data-led pricing, vendor negotiations and promotional effectiveness analysis to drive financial outcomes to grow a $100 million business by double digits. Beyond the topline growth, she delivered business impact for profitability and the bottom line as well. She leveraged internal analytics, competitive benchmarking and syndicated data to identify high-margin opportunities and refine pricing architecture, and partnered cross-functionally with supply chain, finance and marketing on margin improvement, delivering at least a 10 basis points improvement in retail margin while preserving conversion.
Hogan shaped e-commerce category growth strategy and advanced Chewy's data maturity by developing a robust digital shelf framework — an approach rooted in search performance, digital shelf fundamentals and online merchandising to maximize visibility and conversion. She partnered cross-functionally and with customers and vendors to elevate taxonomy, attribute optimization and site navigation, strengthening the digital merchandising foundation. She also bridged shopper insights and digital shelf analytics into a holistic, omnichannel category planning approach, establishing a more integrated framework for category decision-making.
