Colleen Lindholz, president of Kroger Health, will deliver the opening keynote at the inaugural GLP-1 Shopper Summit, taking place Nov. 12 at the Hilton Chicago.

Lindholz’s keynote, “Reimagining Food as Health,” will explore the growing connection between food, nutrition and healthcare and what it means for the industry as consumers place greater emphasis on their health.

The session will look at how retailers and the broader consumer goods industry can help make healthier choices easier and more accessible for shoppers, particularly as GLP-1 adoption accelerates changes already underway in how consumers think about food and wellness. Lindholz will also address the role food can play in supporting better health outcomes and how the grocery experience can become more closely connected to consumers' broader needs.
