Love’s Boosts Its Loyalty Program

Love’s Travel Stops is calling on all drivers to make trips to their travel stores more rewarding. Starting this week, casual drivers can earn and redeem points through its Love’s Rewards every time they scan their bar code at the pump or inside the store. 

The expanded loyalty program also features enhanced rewards for professional drivers who now have the opportunity to earn more points on merchandise, Love’s-branded products and fresh food, and bulk diesel exhaust fluid.   

"Drivers today expect more than a place to stop — they expect value and consistency wherever the road takes them," Patrick McLean, chief marketing officer at Love’s, said in a media release. "Love’s Rewards delivers more meaningful value at every stop, whether drivers are fueling up, grabbing a meal or stocking up."

The enhancements were designed to build on the success of Love’s long-standing loyalty offering, and position the travel stops as a destination of choice while on the road. Access to Love’s Rewards is now centralized through the recently updated Love’s App, according to the company. 

Rewards for Customers

The updated program, which officially launched March 1, is celebrating all new and existing members by offering 100 bonus points on their first in-store scan with Love’s Rewards. The promotion is available through Sept. 30, 2026, and members can redeem any program points earned just like cash on future purchases.

Casual drivers will continue to earn discounts of $0.10 off per gallon of gas and up to $0.25 off per gallon of auto diesel with the program. They are also eligible for Love’s drink club, which offers every fifth fountain drink or coffee for free. New casual driver perks with Love’s Rewards include:

• 1 point per gallon of gasoline and auto diesel.
• 2 points per $1 spent on in-store merchandise.
• An extra 2 points per $1 spent on Love's-branded products, Love's freshly made meals and snacks, and bulk Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF).
