P2PI LIVE Adds Giant Food, eMarketer to November Agenda

The latest additions to the agenda bring expert takes on omnichannel loyalty, shopper engagement and scaling in-store media.

As the agenda for our flagship conference, P2PI LIVE & Expo, takes shape, we’ve added two more standout names to the speaker lineup: Ryan Draude, head of loyalty & digital at Giant Food, and Sarah Marzano, principal analyst at eMarketer.

The event, returning Nov. 11-13 to the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center in Schaumburg, Illinois, is set to spotlight the evolution of commerce through engaging sessions on AI-led shopping, omnichannel loyalty, emotional marketing and more.

Speaker Spotlight: Loyalty Leader Ryan Draude

With a career spanning retail, travel and financial services, Draude has spent decades shaping loyalty and retention programs that deepen customer relationships and drive results. 

Currently leading omnichannel loyalty and digital strategy for Ahold Delhaize’s Giant Food, Draude brings a customer-first perspective to the evolving intersection of personalization, rewards and shopper engagement.

He previously led Choice Hotels’ Choice Privileges program. He’s also held loyalty leadership roles at Rite Aid, Capital One, Citigroup and Switchfly — and was recently inducted into Loyalty360’s “Champions of Loyalty” lifetime achievement group.

Session Alert: Sarah Marzano’s In-Store Deep Dive

On Wednesday, Nov. 12, Marzano, a retail and commerce media analyst at eMarketer, will give a candid look at in-store retail media’s uneven growth trajectory. 

Her session, titled “Getting In-Store Retail Media Beyond the Beta Phase,” will explore what’s stalling scale and adoption in physical store environments — and what needs to change. Expect grounded insights into friction points, lessons from more advanced global markets and predictions on who’s best positioned to bring the in-store ad revolution to life.

With her coverage areas including e-commerce, seasonal shopping trends and shopper-facing technology, Marzano brings a holistic view of the modern retail ecosystem.
