Nordstrom has updated its mobile app to integrate its loyalty program and enable users to track rewards points.

To promote its new Design Lab collection, Lord & Taylor tapped 50 Instagram bloggers, essentially female fashion influencers with a large Instagram following, to post an Instagram wearing the same dress.

A well-honed omnichannel strategy is no silver bullet, but it can do wonders if brands and retailers understand what they are trying to accomplish.
