Cocolab Partners With Amazon Ads for Multi-Solution Campaigns

Cocolab, a sister-owned oral-care brand, partnered with Amazon Ads to create multi-solution campaigns that better engage consumers. That's led to 50% year-over-year growth through a multi-channel advertising strategy, according to a case study on amazonads.com.

This dentist-entrepreneur duo developed a self-funded, new-to-market company that needed advertising solutions to compete with more established oral-care brands and help it stand out while preserving its unique voice and customer experience.

Beginning with Amazon Ads' sponsored products campaigns, Cocolab used this conversion-focused approach to reach shoppers ready to buy through clear ad copy. Then, it launched a custom brand store on Amazon to reflect brand personality and strengthen shopper engagement.

Sponsored brands campaigns used video creative to direct customers to the brand store and make them stand out in search results. This led to a 120% year-over-year increase in ad-attributed units sold in a quarter.

They also adopted an “always-on” sponsored display strategy, targeting pages of similar oral-care products and reaching health-conscious audiences both on and off Amazon. This drove “new-to-brand” sales by over 80% in the six months following the implementation of sponsored display.

Beauty brand E.l.f. recently partnered with Amazon Ads on Twitch to create an in-stream ad format that lets viewers buy products directly from live streams, helping expand live commerce across interactive platforms as retailers look beyond traditional digital initiatives and in-store activations.
