Bans on in-store tobacco advertising take root in Canada

The client was introducing Black and Green Label brand cigarettes as part of a larger rollout package to c-stores. In order to promote both blends of the brand in the same display, the producer incorporated:

• Brand colors. The black and green colors of the packaging are used prominently on the base and the cigarette packs.
• Motion effects. A DC motor used in the base is controlled with an on/off switch.
