Objectives: To design a free-standing display to hold 30 6-foot by 9-foot area rugs. The display was designed to be versatile, easy to shop and have an upscale look.

Comments: This permanent merchandising sytem was designed to display a large assortment of products. The center metal grid can hold shelves or slatwall hooks to maximize its versatility to the retailer. Optional side baskets can hold additional products. The unit obtained a two-year commitment at Sears, Montgomery Wards and Sterns.
