Displays & Signs

  • Sony Under Cabinet CD Display

    Design Display Group Inc.
    Sony Electronics Inc.
Comments: The unit was designed to fit into the smallest amount of space in a setting that mimicked the under cabinet area of an ordinary kitchen. The materials that were chosen give the unit an upscale, modern look. It helped promote this more expensive option over a lower-priced competitor's product.

  • Duracell Ultra Countertop

    Display Producers Inc.
    Duracell
Comments: The modular system produced display movement and increased sales volume far in excess of projections. It also resulted in several displays being reordered many times within the initial three months of the program.

  • Pringles Tower Display

    Rand Display Inc.
    Procter & Gamble
Comments: The Pringles Tower Display allowed P&G to achieve some of the highest merchandising levels for the entire company. In a three-month period, Pringles placed over 22,000 displays at retail, an amount four times greater than any annual display program in the brand's 27-year history. The displays were designed for easy setup and to deter retailers from using the units for other snack products.

  • Bosch Platinum +4 Countertop

    Innovative Marketing Solutions Inc.
    Robert Bosch Corp.
Comments: This product from Bosch is considered among the finest spark plugs ever developed. It was critical, therefore, that consumers be made to understand the special technology behind it. This PETG display not only presents the product at the precise angle needed for proper viewing, but also holds a supply of literature. The display was the corner-stone of the company's marketing efforts, and sales exceeded forecasts.

  • AXE Hypnotic Self-Standing Display

    ARMO Diseno, S.A. de C.V.
    Pond's de Mexico, S.A. de C.V
Comments: This display performed notoriously better than a previous introduction, according to the client. Based on sales and marketing information, the objectives were successfully met and an additional 1,000 units were ordered to be placed in the Mexican Republic and Central America.

  • Crisco Meal Solutions Display

    Henschel-Steinau Inc.
    The Procter & Gamble Co.
Comments: The units were part of an ad campaign devised to contemporize Crisco's image to appeal to young moms with kids. The large "recipe center" unit offers recipe cards and products for complete meal solutions that require the use of Crisco products. A smaller, moveable cart can be used in conjunction with produce and refrigerated cases for meat, poultry and fish. The units performed well against their marketing/sales goals.

  • Disney Tarzan Floorstand

Phoenix Display, a Company of International Paper
    Walt Disney Records
Comments: This floorstand's design allows CDs to be stocked side-by-side as the centerpiece of the display, creating the illusion that Tarzan is peeking out. The ability to stock more than 120 CDs helped Disney break into Wal-Mart and Kmart stores with a display of this type for the first time. Four-color printing was used to bring to life the vibrant greens and browns predominant in Tarzan's jungle.

  • Miller MGD Back Bar Multi-Tool

    Trans World Marketing
    Miller Brewing Co.
Comments: Designed to hang on a wall or pole, this unit enables beer caps to be easily emptied into a trash receptacle through a trap door. The unit has been successful with retailers because it doesn't take up valuable backbar space.
