COMMENTS: This sign was manufactured from .032 gauge, white-on-white aluminum that was roll formed on a pyramid roller to achieve a 3-D look. • Coca-Cola Aisle Interrupter

Client: Coca-Cola USA Bottle and Can Division
    Producer: Thomson-Leeds Company Inc.
Category: Paperboard Counter, Shelf or Table Unit
Intended Length of Use: 4-6 months
    Production Run: 10,000
Unit Cost Range: Less than $25
COMMENTS: The goal was to create an affordable in-store billboard. The bottle replica is produced using laminated, four-color lithography mounted to pillow-edged die-cut foamboard. The large size makes it visible throughout the store, yet it barely uses any shelf space.

  • Molson Ice Hockey Glove Bottle Glorifier

    Client: Martlet Importing
    Producer: Banta Merchandising Products
Category: Rotationally/Blow-Molded Plastic Counter, Shelf or Table Unit
Intended Length of Use: 2-3 years
    Production Run: 5,600
Unit Cost Range: Less than $25
COMMENTS: By using rotational urethane molding with all of the undercuts using a one-piece tool, a very realistic looking hockey glove was achieved. Tight tolerances were needed so it could grip the bottle. Decals were hand applied.
