The producer created a beach- and sun-themed display with realistic effects. Textures and parts of beach toys were combined with cost-effective manufacturing to get the display out to the retailer for its short six-month run in-store.
- Vacuum-formed parts from styrene. The entire display was vacuum-formed from one large-format mold using a common thickness of styrene.
- Textured, sand-colored styrene. Creates a realistic effect for the sandcastle.
- Foam "noodles" were cut in half and attached to the tray fronts.
