Made of corrugated and litho, this standee boldly displays product and the Lego logo, generating heavy awareness during the promotion. On the first day of the event, Lego sales were up 57% in Wal-Mart stores. The following day, sales were up 35%. The displays were placed in every store that ordered them.

    Comments: The upscale permanent merchandiser for reading glasses offers a "library" feeling with leather-bound bookends on each side. It's easy to shop on all sides, provides diopter information and mirrors on all sides, and has hidden casters for mobility. The unit was sold into Wal-Mart and bookstores.

The ability to stock more than 120 CDs helped Disney break into Wal-Mart and Kmart stores with a display of this type for the first time. Four-color printing was used to bring to life the vibrant greens and browns predominant in Tarzan's jungle.
