Marketing objectives:
In July 2006, Solutions Group began work on a project for General Mills aimed at improving displays for the Nature Valley brand to make distribution and execution more efficient.

OptiLogistics created its OptiLedge as an alternative base for unit loads that is integral to the packaged product or display during its storage and distribution. The lightweight OptiLedge adjusts to the display's size. Injection molded onsite by the shipper, it can be fitted to the base of a unit load. It is fixed in place with ordinary straps and/or stretch film. The unitized load can then be handled with a forklift or a hand jack, in the same manner as a palletized load would be.
