A revolving self-service sales display device is provided that comprises a vertically disposed revolving carousel or pedestal carried on a base. The base can be set on a countertop, on the floor or on stands of any desired height. The revolving pedestal has many pivotally mounted, radially projecting frames for displaying flat members, such as posters, in pockets on each side of each frame.
