In-Store Shopping: A Closer Look

 
 

For the fifth straight year, the Path to Purchase Institute partnered with Great Northern Instore to survey individuals about the in-store shopping experience. We surveyed 1,000 shoppers in February to understand their shopping behaviors and any changes in their shopping habits. Once again, we covered their preferences for in-store versus online shopping. And for the first time we examined how they use retailers’ mobile apps when shopping.
