Nestle Purina to Talk Innovation Hub, Human-Centered Connected Commerce at P2PI LIVE

Shopper experience and e-commerce leads from the petcare giant will give an inside look at the collaborative work being done at its retail innovation center in a discussion led by WD Partners.

Nestle Purina Petcare will help kick off the first day of general sessions at the Path to Purchase Institute’s flagship conference, P2PI LIVE & Expo, with a thought-provoking discussion on “Human-Centered Connected Commerce — from Store to Site.” 

On Nov. 13 from 10-10:30 a.m. CT, Jody Wasbro, senior vice president, strategy and experience design, WD Partners, will lead the discussion on how Purina’s world-class Lab9 Retail Innovation Center — which was reinvented this year — can lead to engaging, co-created physical and digital retail experiences that drive valuable customer relationships. Joining her on stage from Nestle Purina is:

  • Stephen Wurth, director of shopper innovation and experience.
  • James Kristof, vice president, sales and e-commerce.
  • Tracey Johnson, director, marketing and e-commerce.

In this session, attendees will learn how Purina is driving thought leadership and customer collaboration across the retail landscape at Lab9, located at its St. Louis headquarters. Additionally, the speakers will also:

  • Share how Purina brings the pet-owner experience to life.
  • Showcase omnichannel insights and solutions used to inspire new business opportunities with retail partners.
  • Share how Lab9 has evolved over the years to adapt to the changing needs of customers and further develop partnerships.
  • Share how WD Partners’ involvement supported this vision and Purina’s partnership in the process.

P2PI LIVE & Expo will take place Nov. 12-14 in Schaumburg, Illinois, at Renaissance Convention Center Hotel. The premier event promises a packed agenda and blend of education, inspiration and valuable insights through informative sessions covering dedicated topics and tracks.
