Vizit, a Boston-based visual analytics company, has raised $25 million from a Series B funding round led by Industry Ventures. The investment will accelerate Vizit’s mission to transform how brands connect with their audiences using visual content, according to a statement.
The funds will help Vizit expand its Visual AI platform and enter new markets. The company uses patented AI technology to accurately interpret, measure and predict consumers’ visual preferences, and its goal is to revolutionize how brands create and optimize visual content by harnessing the “next major evolutionary step in artificial intelligence” — intuitive AI.
E-commerce teams can use Vizit’s proprietary Visual AI “Lenses” to see through their audiences’ eyes in real time and optimize their visual content.
"At Vizit, we believe the future of content is about more than creation — it's about connection,” Jehan Hamedi, founder and CEO of Vizit, said. “With our patented Visual AI technology and platform, brands can now see the world through their audience’s eyes using Vizit’s proprietary Audience Lenses, creating not just content, but experiences that deeply resonate. This groundbreaking leap in AI bridges the critical gap left by traditional tools, empowering creatives with deep intelligence that reveals exactly how their target audience will perceive, feel and react to the visuals they create. This is the dawn of intuitive AI, where machines don’t just generate content — they understand and react to it.”
Vizit’s technology leverages AI models that develop synthetic human preferences — based on the behavioral characteristics of specific audience segments — to help its partners deliver personalized content that resonates with consumers.
Established brands such as Mars, Heineken, Ghirardelli and others leveraging Vizit to enhance their visuals and drive results. Ghirardelli, for example, saw a 10% increase in conversion rates on Amazon after deploying Vizit, and Mars has seen a 30% increase in conversions through Vizit AI optimizations, per the statement.
“We’ve moved beyond content compliance to content that delivers performance,” said Oliver Lee, global creative insights manager at Mars. “In today’s digital-first environment, it’s no longer sufficient to simply have content in place — we need the right content. Our visual content must be precisely optimized to stand out and convert consumers at every touchpoint. Vizit’s Visual AI platform is now a critical component of our tech stack, enabling us to predict and deliver high-impact, personalized content that drives results.”
