E-commerce continues to be the top driver of retail growth and an influencer of omnichannel sales, both in-store and on-premise. 

With projections of flat growth and headwinds ahead, BevAlc brands need e-commerce to influence the omnichannel shopper journey and drive meaningful incrementality more than ever. However, incrementality from e-commerce requires more than investment in the "flywheel," including the digital shelf, shopper media and supply chain levers. It also requires intentional design of those levers and omnichannel category management growth objectives.

The interactive webinar will be hosted by P2PI director of retail Patrycja Malinowska and led by Chris Perry, chief learning officer and co-founder, Firstmovr. 

For 60 minutes, Perry will discuss:

  • The latest BevAlc outlooks and growth forecasts.
  • The reintroduction to Omni-Category Management 3.0 and 12 different SMART-ER (think SMART goals = Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timebound) growth strategies for incrementality.
