How 7-Eleven, Speedway Are Giving Away $5K Each Day

7-Eleven 'Make My Day with $5K' Cooler Cling

What’s new: 7-Eleven and 7-Eleven-owned Speedway are uniting more than a dozen brands for an instant-win game awarding $5,000 each day to a user of each chain's app from March 5 through Jan. 6, 2026.

Where shoppers get value: Shoppers earn game plays by using their 7Rewards or Speedy Rewards accounts, and they receive extra game plays when they purchase prepared foods, a Slurpee or Big Gulp, or one of the participating brands. Among the brands taking part: Kellanova’s Pop-Tarts from June 25 to Aug. 26, Red Bull from Aug. 27 to Oct. 28, and Coca-Cola Co.’s Sprite from Oct. 29 to Jan. 6, 2026. 

The in-app game awards $5,000 daily to one winner from each chain (after they matched three $ symbols in the game). Creative Zing, Orlando, Florida, administers the promotion.

What we saw: The “Make My Day with $5K” game is heavily promoted throughout 7-Eleven stores with cooler clings and signs affixed to Slurpee machines that carry a QR code linking to a promotional page within 7-Eleven.com. The clings spotlight eligible SKUs from brands including Ferrara Candy Co.’s Trolli, Mars Inc.’s M&M’s and General Mills’ Chex Mix.

Additional support: 7-Eleven and Speedway plug the game with Facebook and TikTok posts spotlighting qualifying SKUs. The National Hockey League’s Dallas Stars, who are sponsored by 7-Eleven, have also plugged the campaign on Instagram and Facebook.
