Noli, an artificial intelligence-powered beauty marketplace startup founded and backed by L'Oreal Groupe, is collaborating with multiple tech companies to grow and optimize a new AI-driven consumer experience within the beauty industry. L'Oreal is also further investing in the tool, called “AI Beauty Trust Agent.”

The AI agent acts as a personal beauty advisor. It delivers personalized, science-backed recommendations by drawing on beauty science, clinical skincare, product reviews and consumer data.

At the heart of Noli’s platform is a “Beauty Knowledge Graph” trained on more than 1 million skin data points and thousands of product formulations. The technology uses AI to decode a user’s unique beauty profile and match them with products from over 21 brands, including CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, Kiehl’s, Lancome, and L’Oreal Paris.

To help accelerate growth, Noli has entered into strategic collaborations with Accenture’s AI Refinery platform, Microsoft’s Azure Open AI and NVIDIA’s microservices, which are supporting the startup’s AI journey and operational expansion. The partnerships will provide Noli with advanced reasoning capabilities, global scalability and end-to-end data security.

The company plans to enter other beauty categories beyond skincare and haircare, and more countries, following a successful pilot in the U.K.
