Molson Coors Beverage Co.

  • Coors Light Racing Tire Neon

Client: The Integer Group for Coors Brewing, Lakewood, Colo.
    Producer: Everbrite Inc., Greenfield, Wis.
Comments: The Coors Light brand invests heavily in sports marketing and wanted to reinforce this at the point-of-purchase, particularly in sports bars, with the focus on NASCAR. The client wanted to appeal to consumers by creating a realistic-looking sign. To achieve this, the mold was cast from an actual NASCAR tire.

  • Miller Lite Cooler Box

    Longview Fibre Displaygroup
    Miller Brewing Co.
Comments: This promotion enabled consumers to purchase a case of beer that could be made into an "instant cooler" by simply adding ice. This disposable package included graphics that looked like an actual cooler. Litho-lamination helped preserve detail. A watertight wax-coated insert enabled the package to hold water for up to 24 hours. The concept was so strong, the order was increased twice before the initial production run.

The tacker, called "1999 Baseball is Outta the Park," has an interactive feature: a die-cut magnet is placed on a steel Home Run-O-Meter so consumers can track the home runs of their favorite slugger.
