Ahold Delhaize's Food Lion activated its Food Lion Feeds cause platform by pledging to donate 10 cents to Feeding America every time a shopper scans their MVP loyalty card at an in-store MVP Savings Center kiosk from July 18 to Aug. 21.
Procter & Gamble has pledged to donate $1 (up to $45,000) to ShopRite's "Partners in Caring" hunger-fighting program for every time the retailer's Aug. 13 Twitter update promoting the effort is reposted.
