A portable display stand is composed of three interfitting vertically extending folded panels. Each panel has several alternately directed vertical folds; the folds of the intermediate panel are directed the opposite direction of the top and bottom panels. Notches in the adjacent edges of the panels secure the panels together. Horizontal shelves are mounted on the upper edges of the bottom-folded panel.
