Comments: This display was designed to reinforce the corporate brand identity while increasing sales of enlargements during the holiday season. Case movement of supplies to dealers in late November were up triple digits from the period a year earlier when no display materials were used.

The House of Seagram, New York, is hoping consumers will think of Absolut Vodka products when they go shopping for the 1996 Holiday season. The company's Deluxe Motion Pole display features an "Absolut Gift" bottle wrapped and decorated with ribbon, leaving only the brand name and flavor visible to the consumer. The gift bottle is suspended within a 38-inch-wide, 96-inch-high and 12-inch-deep pole topper and appears to wrap and unwrap as it rotates. The four flavors -- regular, peppar, kurant and citron -- each have wrapping and ribbon matched to their corresponding colors.
