  • Kahlua 1992 Holiday Pole Display

Client: Hiram Walker & Sons Inc.
Producer: Rapid Mounting & Finishing Co.
Primary designer: Flair Communications Agency Inc.
    Category: Paper: Pole Display
Comments: Key to the design is the open space at either side of the bottle and box. As the display turns, there are times when you can see through them from one side of the display to the other. The bottle and box are offset to the right to best fill the shape of the triangle, and the side of the box is angled out to meet the edge of the bottle on the other side.

  • Canadian Club Holiday Dangler

Client: Hiram Walker & Sons Inc.
Producer: Rapid Mounting & Finishing Co.
Primary designer: Flair Communications Agency Inc.
    Category: Paper: Sign
Comments: To create the cleanest possible edge to the trees, the interior openings were cut first. Half of the sheets were cut from the face and half from the back, using the same die. The openings in the foil/foam pieces were then scraped out, and the preprinted plastic sheet was sandwiched between a front and back piece. The outside cut was finally made to the three layers at once.
