    Comments: This display features special effects paper to create the look of water and help cut through the clutter consumers face at the cosmetics counter. A new technique was used to join the backers to the co-poly bases.

  • Evan Williams Floor Display

    Client: Heaven Hill Distilleries, Bardstown, Ky.
    Producer: Flair Display, Bronx, N.Y.
    Comments: In addition to functioning as the display's base, a half-cask reinforces Evan Williams' authentic Kentucky heritage and the fact that the bourbon is aged seven years. The campaign ties in to print and outdoor media and helps gain significant in-store visibility.

    Comments: Designed to introduce the new Complete Radiance foundation via strong in-store marketing, this display features a six-color litho header and injection-molded product trays, base and header.

  • Pantene Panacea 142-piece Tower

    Client: Procter & Gamble, Cincinnati
    Producer: Henschel-Steinau Inc., Englewood, N.J.
    Comments: This display showcases the Pantene collection of shampoos, conditioners and styling products and thus encourages use of the entire line. A Q&A interactive tool helps consumers choose products for specific looks. The display shipped fully assembled and features casters for easy movement.

  • Giorgio Beverly Hills Tester

    Client: Procter & Gamble Prestige Beaute, Geneva
    Producer: Diam International, Loughborough, U.K.
    Comments: This tester and bottle glorifier for "G" fragrances was designed as part of a complete range of merchandising items. The shape and colors in the display were inspired by imagery of a swirling dress used in other media advertising.

    Constructed of MDF, injection-molded acrylic, sheet steel and fabricated plastic, the display leverages brand equity by picking up colors from the product packaging and adjusting them for display presentation.

    Division: Permanent, Hair and Skin Care: Hair Cleansing Treatments
    Objectives: The unit's goal was to drive regimen (shampoo, conditioner, styling products) trial. Since the unit held the full assortment of products, they were shelved by collection to allow the consumer to easily identify the right product for the desired effect. Durability was important because the unit was intended to stay up for six months.
