"I note this situation not because I saw many examples of it (I did not see any others), but mainly because I dislike personal injury attorneys more than bad merchandising and this is an easy opportunity for them. My apologies for the somewhat blurry picture, but I was trying to balance so not to knock down the unit. The good news is the display has a sustainability statement reminding us to recycle (see inset). The bad news is the diagram and safety strap were ignored and the result was a unit perilously unbalanced and ready to fall on an unsuspecting shopper."
